This video might even be worse than Yatta!

For some reason, Blogger is not allowing me to visit its site in Netscape. I am forced to use Internet Explorer. *Shudder*

Belated news that I couldn’t share last night as I thought the Blogger server was down, or something:

1) I went to work for a second time at my old employer’s office yesterday, and everyone was wearing masks. Sadly, they did not have any Hello Kitty or Keropi masks, only medical ones which were dreadfully passé. I had to wear one when I was out in the general waiting area, and since I was filing out there half the time, I was wearing a mask half the time. Ah, Torontonian paranoia. I pretty much suffocated for hours and hours; it was very unpleasant.

2) I also went for the first time to the York Astronomical Observatory, to be shown around the telescope with which I will be doing fantastic observing! Angela showed me how to open the dome and spin it around, and we showed Jupiter to anyone who showed up (it was an open house) because it was too cloudy to see anything else. Most of the time, though, we told science jokes and talked about Dr. Who. A female donut walks into a bar. A man sits beside her and asks, “Hey baby, what’s your sign?” She replies, “Can’t you tell? I’m a taurus!” *groan*

3) On the way back from the Observatory, I went to the giant bunch of tables piled with old computer equipment. I found a gas chronometer which should give me quite a few pieces for use in my mysterious computer project. It’s going to be excellent!
