I just found the greatest food blog ever. Well, it’s not exactly a food blog (flog?) but there are lots of really tasty food pictures and recipes interspersed with the rest. The blog is by an American expat who’s living in Finland and makes lots of Finnish food. And I’m a sucker for good Finnish food, ever since our neighbours in Toronto rented their house to a young Finnish family a few years ago. That’s also when I developed a love for Blue’s Clues, because they had a four-year-old named Anna (that may not be the correct spelling, you know Scandinavians) whom I used to entertain when we were invited over for dinner. Here’s a recipe that I really want to try: it’s a brownie recipe that involves beets. Sneaky.
